The new and the old blend seamlessly to create a unique entry experience for this residence located in the Brandywine Valley. The realigned drive meanders past mature trees terminating in a generously proportioned entry courtyard.  Inspired by French Normandy Architecture, the courtyard features a slate roofed turreted seating area with fireplace, custom forged gates, balcony and lattice, Belgian block paving, and lighting. The restrained planting with seasonal interest compliments the architecture and integrates the surrounding landscape.
