St. Andrew’s Organic Garden

Bio-swales direct water runoff to a newly constructed pond adjacent to a new garden space operated by the St. Andrew’s School Organic Garden Club. Included are raised growing beds, cold frames, compost bins, a storage facility, and a future greenhouse for starting seeds and holding plants during the winter months. The focal point is a wind mill that pumps water for irrigating the garden from the pond to an underground cistern.
