Bartholdi Park

At the request of the Architect of the Capitol, the firm provided documentation and construction administration for the restoration of this iconic strolling park in Washington, D.C. To maintain the site’s historic fabric, the garden was renovated and utilities upgraded with careful sensitivity to original materials and layout. The central element, an elegant fountain created by Statue of Liberty sculptor Frédéric Auguste Bartholdi, underwent major refurbishing.
