An extensive conditions assessment report was prepared for the restoration of this historic estate of Alfred I. du Pont near Wilmington, Delaware. Comprehensive drawings and specifications were issued for the 225 acres of garden, arboretum, woodland and meadow. The first phase of garden restoration was comprised of the central Vista Garden and all its elements. The restoration effort has won numerous awards, and was featured in the March 2010 issue of Architectural Digest.
