The renovation of the Iris Garden at this historic country estate required planning workshops, evaluation of the existing landscape, historical record review, and consultation with stream and iris experts. A new masonry entrance overlooks grand brick stairways, steel espalier trellis and forged railings, a new stream, and plantings that include hundreds new irises displaying more than 60 different varieties.
