Once a private estate, today Chanticleer is a colorful, contemporary public garden within an historic setting, referred to by Garden Design magazine as “America’s most inspiring garden”. RAS developed the Master Plan to guide the first phase of its transition from private to public. The firm also developed the plans for the planted public parking area, visitor restrooms and circulation, and an arbor overlook at the ponds
