Located on a 40 acre site in rural Delaware County, the project is representative of the landscape vocabulary of the Brandywine region; gentle hills of pasture and woods, divided by stream valleys, stone walls and fences. The house is nestled seamlessly within the landscape, positioned to take advantage of sunlight and the expansive views. An intimate terrace and naturalized water feature transition between the house and pool garden beyond.
